Payment, Shipping, and Refund Policies

HB Publications will accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards, and payments via PayPal.
(Checks take 10 business days to clear)

Products will be shipped via US Mail.
(Unless other arrangements are made in advance.)

We can no longer ship to UNCONFIRMED addresses through the PayPal system.

For any and all questions regarding unconfirmed addresses and payments through PayPal, refer to their Help Center.

We will gladly accept returns, and provide a refund, for unused products within 30 days from date of invoice with the following conditions and exceptions:

Product and Packaging must be in perfect, unused condition. Any merchandise which has been used, or showing ANY signs of wear, misuse or damage, will not be accepted for return.
A copy of the invoice and reason for return must be included.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items unless a mistake was made in the order.
Shipping costs are NOT refunded UNLESS for some reason you were shipped the wrong merchandise. You MUST notify us within 48 hours of receipt to obtain instructions for returning merchandise.
There are no refunds on Ramona Lee Original handcrafted items. Each piece is carefully checked before shipping.
